Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms govern the use of this site and your relationship with Colores de México, operator of the EPHORIA brand, with address in Mexico City, Mexico.

By browsing the site, sending us a brief or buying access to one of our experiences, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

EPHORIA is a live entertainment and experience brand operated by Colores de México. We design, produce and present shows, immersive experiences and event concepts, both our own and on commission.

2. Use of the site

The site is offered for information and contact purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security, scrape it or interfere with its operation.

We may modify, suspend or withdraw any content on the site at any time.

3. Intellectual property

The EPHORIA brand, its logotype, the names of its productions, and the text, photography, video, music, design and code of this site are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law and belong to Colores de México or its licensors.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or exploited commercially without prior written authorisation. Press use is permitted with attribution.

4. Information you send us

When you send us a brief or a proposal, you represent that the information is accurate and that you hold the rights needed to share it. We will handle it under our Privacy Notice and only to assess and, where applicable, develop the project.

Sending a brief does not in itself create any obligation to contract for either party.

5. Tickets and event access

Access to our experiences is sold exclusively through the official channels we announce for each production. We do not recognise tickets bought through resale or unauthorised channels, and such tickets may be voided.

A ticket is a personal, revocable licence of access. It may require official ID and is subject to the venue's rules.

We reserve the right of admission and the right to remove from the venue anyone who endangers safety, disrupts the show or breaches the venue rules, with no refund.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Mexican pesos and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Ticketing service fees are disclosed before the purchase is confirmed.

To obtain a tax receipt you must request it with complete tax details within the calendar month of the transaction.

7. Cancellations and refunds

This section applies to every experience and event presented under the EPHORIA brand. All requests go through a single channel: the address at the end of this page.

As a general rule, purchases are non-refundable. A refund is due only where the event does not take place for reasons beyond your control and ours.

  • A refund is due when the event is definitively cancelled due to an act of God or force majeure: weather conditions that prevent it from being held, cancellation or closure of the venue, orders from the authorities, or other causes outside the production's control. In that case we refund 100% of the ticket price, service fees included.
  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the announcement.
  • No refund is due if the event took place. Having attended, having chosen not to attend, arriving late or leaving before the end give no right to any refund.
  • Nor is one due for minor changes to the programme, supporting line-up, start time or running order, provided the experience is presented substantially as announced.
  • Lost, damaged, duplicated or unofficially purchased tickets are not refunded, nor is access already used, nor the ticket of anyone removed from the venue for breaching the rules.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 calendar days of approval. Posting times depend on your bank or card issuer.

8. Rescheduling due to force majeure

If an event is suspended or rescheduled due to an act of God or force majeure — natural events, orders from the authorities, safety conditions, serious venue failures or other causes outside our control — the rules in the previous section apply. We are not liable for ancillary costs such as travel, accommodation or permits.

9. Conduct at the venue

Inside the venue, the venue's own rules and the instructions of staff apply. Entry may be subject to search, and items may be restricted for safety reasons. Capturing audio or video with professional equipment requires prior accreditation.

By entering, you accept that your image may appear incidentally in audiovisual records of the event for documentation and promotion.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and its content as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or from links to third-party sites, which we do not control.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights Mexican law grants to consumers.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. The conditions of a purchase are governed by the version in force at the time it was made.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue.

In consumer matters, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) has administrative competence to mediate.
